1kg of mussels
breadcrumbs to taste
a sprig of parsley
1 clove of garlic
Salt and Pepper To Taste

Wash and clean the mussels eliminating all the impurities present on the shell. Open the mussels in half making sure that the fruit remains all on one valve, remove the empty part of the shell. Take a pan (preferably in terracotta) and put the mussels in it. At this point, season the mussels with breadcrumbs, finely chopped garlic, chopped parsley, salt, pepper and a drizzle of oil. Bake in the oven at 200 ° until a golden crust forms.
