SPAGHETTI WITH MUSSELS

The most popular pasta is represented not only by the classic spaghetti, but also by vermicelli, curly and narrow lasagna or linguine. But all the dies, if produced by excellent pasta factories, are delicious

DOSES FOR 2 PEOPLE

  • 1kg of mussels
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 500g of peeled tomatoes
  • 50g of olive oil
  • a few sprigs of parsley
  • salt
  • chili pepper to taste
  • 200g of spaghetti
Brown the garlic in a saucepan, then add the peeled tomatoes, the filtered mussel water, salt, chilli and cook for about twenty minutes. Then add the mussels and cook for another 10 minutes. Season the spaghetti cooked al dente in salted water and finally add the finely chopped parsley.
