DOSES FOR 2 PEOPLE
1kg of mussels
1 clove of garlic
500g of peeled tomatoes
50g of olive oil
a few sprigs of parsley
salt
chili pepper to taste
200g of spaghetti
Brown the garlic in a saucepan, then add the peeled tomatoes, the filtered mussel water, salt, chilli and cook for about twenty minutes. Then add the mussels and cook for another 10 minutes. Season the spaghetti cooked al dente in salted water and finally add the finely chopped parsley.
