Selected grapes, classic vinification with very short maceration of the skins. The must is drawn off as soon as the color tone is pink. The thermo-conditioned fermentation lasts several days and gives the future wine the organoleptic characteristics of negroamaro. The wine thus produced is aged in steel for about 3 months.
Wine for the whole meal, excellent with dry ministers, with fish, with molluscs, with medium-aged cheeses and sausages.
